Miranda Barker visits Printed Cup Company

Miranda Barker, Chief Executive of East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, today visited Printed Cup Company to discuss the impact of the MPs inquiry into concerns around plastic coffee cups and bottles.

Miranda said “Our role across the whole of East Lancashire and especially here at Printed Cup, is to help drive up the productivity of all our local companies and economic success of the area as a whole. Hearing local firms concerns about potential legislatory changes and working to lobby our local and national politicians for the good of local firms and jobs is very much a prime focus for us, and the Ribble Valley Business Leaders Group which I Chair. The Printed Cup Company are one of Lancashire’s most advanced manufacturers in terms of next generation productivity control, and we wants to ensure government policy is supporting our local innovative  businesses not harming them”.
