Our standard lead time is normally 12-14 working days from artwork approval and payment. For an additional fee and depending on availability, we also offer shorter lead times, such as 24- and 48-hour turnarounds.
We are specialists in short runs with quick turnaround times so we have no MOQ. This means you can order as little as 1 cup!
Artwork needs to be provided in a vector format. These files usually end in .ai, .eps or .svg. If you are unsure about what you would like your cup to look like then we offer a free artwork service with our in-house designers, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We only use high-grade, FSC approved paper, sourced from sustainable forests. The board has a PE (polyethene) coating which not only makes the board waterproof but allows the cup to be welded together so it does not leak.
Double-wall cups consist of two layers of material, with an inner cup encased by an outer sleeve. This design provides insulation and effectively retains the temperature of the drink, keeping it hot for longer. While double-wall cups are primarily used for hot drinks, they are also suitable for cold beverages. Our double wall cups can be made in either a matt or gloss finish.
Single wall cups are made of one layer of board, which makes them more suitable for cold drinks such as cocktails, milkshakes, etc. Our single wall cups come in a matt finish.
Yes, all of our cups are 100% recyclable, including our ice cream, PET cups and food containers. For more information on how to recycle your cups, click here.
No, you don’t have to use our lids. However, we cannot guarantee that lids from other suppliers will fit our cups.
